Alija 100 and Malcolm 100 are two of foundation’s current legacy incubation projects, which seek to honour the lessons from legacy leaders to build a brighter future.

Celebrating the legacy of Alija Izetbegović, the first democratically elected President of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the occasion of his 100th birthday, Alija 100 revisits the lessons from a visionary thinker, an ethical revolutionary, and a dedicated man of service to his land and his Lord.
The commemoration and celebration of Alija Izetbegović’s life and legacy is intended to reiterate a legacy rooted in ethical leadership and love of service to humanity; educate coming generations on Alija’s legacy and work; and develop initiatives and projects to continue Alija’s legacy for a stronger and more empowered Bosnia and Herezegovina.
Malcolm

Delivered in partnership with the Malcolm X and Dr Betty Shabazz Memorial and Education Centre, Malcolm 100 honours one hundred years of a legacy that has moved, inspired and organised millions of people across the earth. Malcolm 100 formed the banner under
which a series of celebratory, reflective and community-building events and learning will take place across Europe and Asia to commemorate Malcolm’s legacy and the impact he had on the world – then and now.
Malcolm 100 will engage cross-sector institutions to recognise, celebrate and make a commitment to carry the legacy of Malcolm X forward for generations to come.
